- We aim for accuracy in all product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Slight variations in color, placement, or sizing may occur due to the made-to-order production process.

Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed once payment is completed through our secure checkout system.
- We accept payments via PayPal, Stripe, and other methods shown at checkout.
- Thread Out Loud reserves the right to cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
Shipping & Delivery
- All apparel is printed and shipped from US facilities.
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–7 business days.
- Delivery times vary depending on the customer’s location, but most US orders arrive within 7–14 business days.
- Shipping estimates are provided at checkout.
- Thread Out Loud is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
Because our apparel is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, fit, or change of mind.
We will provide a replacement or refund only in the following cases:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- The wrong item was received.
- The order was lost in transit.
